27 May 2019 17:47 | Anonymous

from the  Director of Communications

I just wanted to make a quick announcement that this will be the last News and Notes sent via email. By this time next month, the News and Notes will be featured on our newly redesigned website with News and Notes being placed into website using it's blog feature. Along with moving the Newsand Notes to the blog, the new website will contain many newfeatures. I appreciate your patience while we begin the redesign.

Thank you

From the  Director of Records

Greetings everyone.

I am finishing up the minutes from Beltane Great Works.  Once the rest of the board has a chance to review them, they should be coming out in the next News and Notes.

All of the board positions other than TA will be up for election at Samhain.  We will open the Call for Candidates on August 1st.  If you would like to run for a position, please start looking over the requirements and get your candidacy ready for submitting.

From the  Director of Member Services

Greetings Dear Folk!

I am the interim Director of Member Services and am very excited to be able to serve you, to the best of my ability.  While your first point of contact is always your Area Rep, please feel free to reach out to me if you need assistance.  I am your liaison to communicate with the Board of Directors. Please allow me to help you.   Part of my duties include assisting the Campsite Stewards and the Service Leads with any challenges or issues that come up. For all the Campsite Stewards, I will be sending out the newStewardship agreements, as soon as we have implemented the policy that was voted on at Great Works.  This should be in the very near future.  We thank you for your continued patience.  I will be reaching out to you in the very near future to compile a list of said needs and concerns.

I am currently working with the Board and Area Reps in gathering information about the pagan centric and pagan friendly stores and venues in each area.  If you are aware of any, please reach out to your rep and share that information with them. It will also be helpful to have a list of any groups that are willing to sharing contact information with people who are searching for a path or education.  It is key to the growth of CMA to be able to reach out to the larger pagan community for educational and marketing purposes.

In Frith,

Friday Lowrey

Interim Director of Member Services
