Mathews Healing Station is now structurally complete!!! (This is a temporary album.)
Our membership has provided CMA with a fabulous new healing station in memory of Matthew however with rising material costs and donations of materials that did not materialize we need to raise money to finish out the building. Our immediate need is to raise funds to put a permanent roof covering on the building to replace the temporary covering now in place. We need to raise a minimum of $1500.00 to complete the roof and Install the double front door as quickly as possible. The siding material to finish out the front of the building is being donated and we will be using a green building method to cover the other exterior walls known as "fiber" or "paper" Crete.
The Fiber Crete method will require a fair amount of recyclable paper goods. We primarily need newspaper, phone books, cardboard, copier paper, etc , and non gloss or non varnished paper. Gloss paper is acceptable with the process however due to extra processing we prefer non varnished. The material may be whole or shredded and we need to get it to the SpiritHaven site. Please contact us by email to donate@spirithaven.org or call us on our Sprint service 214-405-0079 if you are able to help with money, gift cards, materials or recyclable paper. We have a growing list of materials needed to finish out the building and will be happy to supply information to you.

Faerie Mound fence is 50% complete! All the fence posts are set and we will be installing fence rails, stave and rail caps on the next workend over the July 4 weekend.

CMA is now leasing SpiritHaven!!!
We have successfully completed our first leased event with excellent reviews and have tentatively schedule another 2 exclusive lease private events for July and September. We also have non exclusive rentals for your coven or group available, please contact us at rental@spirithaven.info for more information.

A new project will be starting for Teen Camp this summer. We have found materials to begin a shelter for the Teen Camp common area. We will be raising money to help finish out this project before Samhain. The material list will be published before the July 4 th weekend.

Thanks to a large corporate sponsor we are now receiving quantities of UV resistant 3/4 inch food grade hose for our use. Some of the hose is left over new, the rest is nearly new, in excellent shape. This material was formerly going to a landfill and is now being put to very good use. In the near future we will be making up garden hoses for sale to CMA members and others, stay tuned for more information!
