The Council of Magickal Arts, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization, run by a member-elected Board of Directors, governed by member-voted Bylaws and Policies.

The CMA Board of Directors
These are the people who we elect into office and are in charge of making sure that the everyday business of the Corporation gets taken care of.
The CMA Bylaws
These serve as our Articles of Incorporation, and as the government of our members and regulations of our affairs.
Any proposed change to the Bylaws requires an approving vote by the membership.
The CMA Policies + Procedures
Our Policies + Procedures are designed to influence and determine all major decisions and actions throughout the Organization, and all activities take place within the boundaries set by them. Procedures are the specific methods by which policies may be expressed during the day-to-day operations of the Organization.
Proposed Policy changes require a member vote for installment or removal, changes to Procedures do not.
