DIRECTOR OF RECORDS CANDIDATES

After the last year as Director of Records and the past 5 years as part of the CMA staff I am pleased to announce my candidacy for Director or Records again.
I have spent the last years on the board working to formalize our process, clean and correct our records and use our information we collect to better our organization. All the while adhering to personal responsibility and keeping the records safe. I would like to continue to do this as there are many areas that still need improvement.
As Director of Records I will continue to maintain the records in the most accurate way. I will continue to maintain diligence in our records safety, streamline procedure were possible and allow our staff to do their jobs in an informed way.

I wish to be re-elected to the Board of CMA because I believe in our organization and want to continue to see it flourish and grow through active membership participation. I feel that by being more involved in our local communities and pagan-related events CMA can provide a support structure and spiritual haven now and in the years to come.
During the last 5 years of being an active participant as Senior Staff and a Board member of this and other pagan organizations I've been fortunate to work with, learn from, and develop personal relationships with some incredible people, including Merideth, Gary, Rachel, Mary Wolf and several other of our past Directors. I know what a dedicated Team effort can achieve when working together and want to be part of a Team that heals and grows our community and CMA.
I believe we will refinance and continue to improve SpiritHaven; write simple, easy to follow Policies, Procedures and Manuals for running the organization and Events; return our Business Meetings to enjoyable events; and once again boost our membership.
I have worked with Non-Profits for over 25 years, and have an extensive background in administration, finance and computers. I've been active in pagan organizations since my teens, and a member of CMA for over 10 years. I'll be happy to provide more information or answer any questions if you email me or come to the Meet the Candidates meeting.
